The Experience
This soothing practice will hone in on your physical and mental restoration. We will move slowly into “zero” flow yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.
The slow pace soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and balances the body’s energy. Expect a variety of lengthening stretches and myofascial release techniques.
Both your mind and body will be in a state of serenity & therapeutic relaxation.
