A gentle flow for those who are looking for both physical activation as well as energetic balance.

The Experience

This soothing practice will hone in on your physical and mental restoration. We will move slowly into “zero” flow yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.  

The slow pace soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and balances the body’s energy. Expect a variety of lengthening stretches and myofascial release techniques. 

Both your mind and body will be in a state of serenity & therapeutic relaxation.

If you think you are too old, too stiff, or too out of shape to do yoga, think no more! This class is wonderful for people that have a hard time relaxing and finding quiet or anyone who has older injuries, or back, hip, or neck problems.
