The Experience
Six 75 minute sessions per month
Strength training
Free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, suspension straps, calisthenics & body weight training
Flexibility
Freestyle stretches (or with straps), yoga, and myofascial release
Breath Work
Meditation and mindfulness – these two aspects are infused in all modalities of training, and we will have specific sessions where you will have the opportunity to focus on breath. These guided sessions can be accompanied by sound healing.
Spiritual Coaching
Support to clear out any energetic blocks standing in the way of living the life you were always meant to live. We delve into your deep rooted beliefs, your connection to the divine, and intend to help you find your way home.
Depending on your health condition and wellness goals, a combination of any or all of the above services may be a part of your health program.
