Free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, suspension straps, calisthenics & body weight training
Flexibility
Freestyle stretches (or with straps), yoga, and myofascial release
Breath Work
Meditation and mindfulness – these two aspects are infused in all modalities of training, and we will have specific sessions where you will have the opportunity to focus on breath. These guided sessions can be accompanied by sound healing.
Depending on your health condition and wellness goals, a combination of any or all of the following services may be a part of your session.
